Cambridge Programmes is pleased to announce that Lee Oliver has joined us as Admissions Director from September 2018.
Lee graduated from Oxford University with a Double First in English Language and Literature and taught English Literature for 21 years in Hong Kong, Thailand and the UK. After spending 13 years in Hong Kong, Lee can speak conversational Cantonese. He worked for 7 years at St Paul’s Co-educational College, a top local school, where he taught IB English and TOK (Theory of Knowledge). Lee accompanied his students to Cambridge Programmes in the summer of 2013 and taught on the English Literature programme in Cambridge this summer, so has seen the programme from both sides.
At every school at which he has worked, Lee has helped students with the Oxford and Cambridge application process, including personal statement guidance and mock interview practice.
Lee’s extensive experience of education, global perspective and knowledge of what the top UK universities are looking for will be invaluable as we look to enhance Cambridge Programmes and benefit our participants still further.
